technical description
Klever Internet Nothings (KIN) is a collection of free, open source
utilities, which were supposed to make one's life on the internet easier. Now
that the life without internet isn't considered to be life anymore, the
internet
part became redundant, but if we were to remove the letter
we'd rather make it KI. But we won't.
KIN started as a windows (win32) based project, but having to work a lot with internet services I found unix-like operating environment much more convenient and moved to linux. As a consequence I've abandoned active development of windows software and started quite a few unix projects.
It took me less than eternity to realize that people may want to pick up the windows development (and many people have actually asked for sources) and that people may also benefit from my unix software — I'm starting to make bits of it public too.
